Iron handcuffs and sand from the beach topped the rating of the most unusual items taken from the Spanish airports. In a survey conducted by the search engine Jetcost, some respondents admitted that they tried to bring on board and even more strange objects - for example, a brick from the hotel.
78% of Spanish passengers say that they like to bring with them a memorable detail. For 41% of the tourists an opportunity to demonstrate to others that they really visited a particular place, and for another 41% - a way to keep good memories. The most popular souvenirs are traditional magnets, postcards and apparel, however, 12% of respondents admitted that they prefer more extravagant items. Often these souvenirs confiscated at the airport.
Among the most bizarre objects seized by the security forces, entered the iron handcuffs, sand, herbaria, animals, loops for tents and stuffed pheasant. One of the respondents admitted that he had confiscated the brick, which he drew from the damaged walls of the hotel. In response to the question of security on the causes of trafficking such a strange souvenir passenger stated that collects bricks from different countries, and hopes one day to build something with the help of his collection.
"Sometimes we can not understand what some people think, collect the suitcase. They believe that the transport of the dead animals, bricks and fireworks - is the norm" - surprised the co-founder Antoine Michelat Jetcost.
