These projects involve the construction of apartments at the price from 10 000 to 14 000 per square, which, according to experts, is too inflated even in the aforementioned Salamanca district with the most expensive square meter in the capital, their value reaches EUR 10 000.
At first glance, the prices offered by Pimco (EUR 10 000 per square) seem to be more accessible than the Tszyanlinya (14 000 euros), but experts do not rule out the possibility of selling all the apartments at such a high price. The reason - a small selection of housing this level in the premium areas.
According to preliminary data, the project will be built Villar World 22 apartments of 200 square meters, Pimco will build apartment of about 250 square meters and will be the most spacious accommodations in a skyscraper Edificio España - about 300 meters. Currently, Chinese investors are waiting for resolution of the mayor's office to start work. The most exclusive facilities will be located on the upper floors of the building.
