The real estate of Spain enjoys wide popularity at investors. In nine months of the current year figures already exceeded indicators for all 2014. From January to September in inhabited and commercial real estate, office and warehouse, and also hotel objects 10 billion 800 million euros that is 600 million more, than for all last year were invested. Every day investors invest about 40 million euros in real estate of Spain. It is a record indicator, analysts emphasize. For last nine months 15 transactions for the sum more than 100 million euros each and 21 transaction for the sum from 50 to 100 million were closed.
If this tendency remains, following the results of 2015 investments into real estate of Spain will make 14 billion euros, experts predict.
